Signature Homes Ltd is the Franchisor to a national network of Franchise Builders, designing and building homes right around New Zealand from Whangarei to Queenstown.
This project was to design an eye-catching buyers guide, for potential clients who are wanting to build their own slice of paradise.
It is printed on a silk paper, with the cover gloss laminated to make the images pop. The quality of the stock gives it a high end feel, so it is not something that would be discarded readily. Rather, it would be kept as a token of the journey taken in building your very own home. A book to be displayed on your coffee table as a talking point, which is ideal at promoting the Signature brand via word of mouth.
